Decorative concrete is a broad umbrella term covering a wide spectrum of concrete processes, applications and architectural styling. Combining structure with artistry, decorative concrete joins function and form with your individual distinctive style.  We will help you determine the best colored concrete process and application for your project.  A variety of decorative concrete techniques are options depending on what you want and where you are in your construction schedule.  For new construction interior concrete floors you may want to consider, color hardener or integral colored concrete. The state of the art process for a finished low maintenance interior concrete floors is polished concrete.

Combining Structure with artistry, decorative concrete encompasses form with distinctive style. Building new from scratch or adding onto an existing space or remodeling, timing and scheduling will be primary to the success of your project.  For floor surface remodeling or concrete floor resurfacing you may also consider a concrete cap if the elevation allows.  Chemical stains are best for interior new construction or remodeling.  Protecting the concrete surface throughout construction is the best way to ensure the floor you desire.

Color Hardener:  Applied to the surface in wet concrete when the concrete is placed.

Polished Concrete: Polished Concrete is a technique to refine and smooth existing or new concrete floor surface.

Concrete Floors: Once concrete floors were a novelty but have now become industry standard.

Integral Color:  Applied at the time the concrete is placed, pure concrete powder pigment is added to the truck. Integral color is best used for caps, steps, stamped concrete and other structures where color on all exposed surfaces is desired.
