Polished Concrete is a technique to refine and smooth existing or new concrete floor surfaces. We Grind and Polish Concrete Floors with a specialized concrete machine and diamond disks through multiple stages to achieve the desired smooth concrete surface finish. We will alternate wet and dry stages that grind and polish to a smooth concrete floor surface finished with a concrete densifier for durable concrete floor.
Replace aged worn floor coverings with fresh colored concrete styling. The finished concrete floors may show areas with differences including but not limited to variations in color, texture and shading, value, polish finish and shine. Surface variations are a normal part of the process.
Concrete Floor Care
The low maintenance of Polished concrete floors require only general basic cleaning with dust mop, vacuum and wet mop with non detergent cleaner according to your individual use and tolerance levels.
Environmental Sensitivity
Concrete floors are generally considered GREEN BUILDER FRIENDLY. Concrete floors are a good choice for people who suffer from allergies. Dust, debris and bacteria from pets and general household traffic will not trap in concrete the way it does in carpet. Concrete eliminates exposure to glues, dyes, and formaldehyde known to be in other floor covering.

Concrete Polishing smooths and refines concrete for new construction or for existing floors. You can also refurbish concrete floors to bring new life to an age worn concrete floor. Industrial Modern styling may select a neutral uncolored concrete option. Less is more as uncolored polished concrete reveals the unique character of your concrete. Colored or uncolored concrete floors have their character revealed by the grinding process. A light grind will reveal a delicate sand appearance on the smooth concrete surface. A heavier grind will uncover a unique quality much like a Terrazo floor surface as the concrete aggregate is exposed. The finished concrete floors will show differences unique to your finished concrete floor including variations in color, texture and shading, value, polish finish and shine. Surface variations are a normal part of the process.
